Holy Name SocietyThe Holy Name Society is the men’s organization at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. It has been in existence since 1948. Based on the tenets of the National Organization of the Holy Name Society, our purpose is to strive to honor the Name of Jesus through the practice of our faith, good example, stewardship, and fellowship. Currently, we are a group of Holy Name men who do not meet on a regular basis but assemble to run family events and fundraisers solely for the benefit of the parish and its members. These include St Nick, visits with Santa, pancake breakfasts, and the annual steak fry and we also fund scholarships for Holy Name students entering Newman Catholic Middle and High Schools. For more information or to be contacted to participate in our events, please contact Bill Franzen or John Borowicz. |

St. Catherine’s Ladies CouncilThe ladies’ council connects socially through friendship and faith. We practice charitable, spiritual, and social works to serve the needs of our parish and parishioners. The ladies help supply parish needs through fundraising activities such as the food truck and bake sales. The group meets monthly from September through May. All women of Holy Name of Jesus Parish are invited to attend any meeting or event. Please contact Shirley Fritsche or Diane Pergolski for more information. |
